I am 16, I came out to my mom and dad the day after my 15th birth day.. They both flipped out and they kicked me out.. :(

We had just moved to a new city and I didn't know anybody, I wasn't even in school yet.. I ended living in a park.. I had to beg for food and money,it was so bad.. I finely got all of what I had witch was just close and hitched hiked from Los vagas to kanas to my home town.. It took me about a month and a half to get there... It does get better. But mysterymakeable is right, too. It should be better right now. Even thought some people might not take kindly to your being gay, it should feel like a huge wieght has been lifted off of your shoulders.

A few days ago, I had Confessions. I go to a very prestigious bullshit Catholic school. I came out last year and I have been embraced and ignored. But that's cool. And I sat with the priest. I asked, "Is being Gay a sin.. will God hate me?" the Priest stopped me. He said, "No! God loves you. He has such magnificent plans for you and for all gay people. No where in the bible does it say being gay is a sin. Embrace who you are." I started crying with relief. From then on I started embracing myself

Like all these people say. I wish it was just a natural thing. I never really thought anything, then realized when I was maybe a freshman...oh, so I'm gay. That's what it is. It should just be something no one cares about.

And now I'm staying with my best friend because I didn't even want to listen to my parents.
