Cuppycake Sam made a video when he was eight that was seen by almost 70 million people. Yet many did not understand that he had big cheeks because he has a type of kidney disease called Nephrotic Syndrome (IgM Nephropathy). He is 12 now and works with The NephCure Foundation to make a difference with other patients and families who face FSGS and Minimal Change Disease.
