if you're having trouble renaming the file you need to make file extensions visible in your folder preferences. thumbs so people stop wondering.

to rename a file on vista, click it wait 1 second and click again...

im using vista, but when i press ctrl r when the m4a is selected, nothing happens, and when i manually put m4r behind the name its still an aac file ??

I'm having problems (I'm an idiot.) I got the file renamed so that it is a .M4r, but when I reload it into itunes, it just says that it can't relocate the file. help?
