a new sleep system from BCB remember this has been made for serving british forces contact stuart on; stuarteadie@aol.com or ebay shop world of survival
And we would camp in a lea-to down by a pond, coyotes, raccoons, and a shit load if snakes, and not one of us was over the age of 12 no ever got bit or a tacked we just keep a big fire all night there are not many animals that will come in to close if you keep a good fire going
I now live in Canada and now we don't have poisons snakes like Texas but we do have black bear and cougars and again a tent will not stop this animals from coming in to your sp
@Killahofosho Even though you have had proper training all can go wrong, because first when you are out there the real training will start. Anyway i wouldnt like to be out there by myself- no way!- unless i have to.
@globe255 there is no perfect way to survive in the bush without proper training and i am sorry but most of the education available on youtube is shaky at best if you wish to learn how to survive in a specific environment get proper training first! SEEK OUT A PROPER EXPERT TO EDUCATE YOU FURTHER
@Killahofosho concerning critters, well you can take down the traps the next morning, so even though its illegal to trap nobody will know. concerning the snakes, yes not much to do about that kind. I would prefer the tent myself too. I would be armed too if i should live with that kind of creatures + the dog.
@@globe255 We have bears, cougars, wolves, coyotes, snakes, and many other climbing critters with too many diseases. Our easy solution to these problems is a tent and a shotgun and we bring an extra buddy to be the bitch who sleeps near the food and gets bit first. We hear him scream then wake up prepared to defend ourselves if you want to set the traps you can be that buddy. P.S. it's illegal to trap in my state even for defense
its kinda funny that people in the U.K. think that we can do this in the U.S. but it's just not safe we have to many dangerous critters to worry about at night it may look like fun but you expose to much for larger critters at night
I've got the tarp part of this an I use it with my 58 pattern sleeping bag. Not the smallest or lightest system I know but it all goes in a 35 litre bag ok with all the rest of my weekend gear.
Ya know I grew up in south east Texas

@Killahofosho Just make a trap for the critters in a certain circumference from your sleeping place and you will be safe.

Good Video, I really want to add a hammock to my GHB because it will take up so much less space then a tent and bag.
Keep up the good work.
