Gus & Olivia: Sweetest Sacrifice (P.2)

Natalia met with Olivia and told her she would let her have Gus. Olivia was shocked by Natalia's offer, and told her she would fight harder to live now that she knew she'd have Gus by her side. Liv's eyes filled with tears and she thanked Natalia. After Nat left, Olivia went to the doctor for a check-up on her heart. In the middle of her appointment, an excited Alan stopped by to make sure his heart was in top shape so he'd be fit to raise his new daughter. When Alan discovered the other patient was Olivia, she tried to cover by saying she was checking on an appointment for a friend. That didn't work, though, because Alan saw her name on a list of patients waiting to receive heart transplants. Olivia then admitted she'd been waiting for a while, and Alan asked why she hadn't told him. Because she didn't want him to go after Emma, Liv replied.
Later, Natalia returned to the mansion and tried to break things off with Gus, but he was being more understanding than she expected. Nat finally told him they were over and walked away. When Gus followed her, he told her she needed to get over being jealous of Olivia. "How many times do I have to tell you I don't want to be with her, I want to be with you?" he screamed. Nat said that letting him go would give Olivia the will to live, and Nat she owed her that much. She tried to force Gus to go be with Olivia, but he resisted and they began to kiss and make love. Afterwards, they agreed that Gus would spend time with Olivia but they would remain together in secret until Olivia was better.

I think these were the dumbest plotline on the Show, I stopped watching it after Gus and Harley broke up now the show is keeping me on with the Nat and Olivia and I hope there is something going with them.

When Natalia decided to "send Gus to Olivia" she did the same thing Olivia did with Frank. She propped up a man to take her place with the woman she loves.

I think this storyline is rediculous. Would you really want someone to be there with you when you know that they didn't really want you, but instead wanted someone else? I mean I know Olivia is dying here, but they made her out to be so pathetic.

Not to mention it is very similar to what Olivia then tells Frank in the church at the furtz non-wedding day....they come full circle....I love these writers!!!

That was a horrible storyline. CC was right when she said the current storyline is the best written one she's had. Some of these older ones were bad. It's pathetic the way they had Olivia.
