hmm shot in the dark here, but maybe as the oceanic six, its apparent they can't talk about the island, like they havea deal with those scary people, they're not alowed to talk about it... maybe the ones left on the island, they had to make graves for to cover it / hide things from the public. so shes mourning for him but hes not really dead, hes just still on the island? and she thinks she wont see him again. i dunno (:

i dont think the date november 27th is either of their birthday, because i read that on that date on the island, sun & jin were together on the boat, so wouldnt one of them have mentioned it? but i have no idea why else there would be three dates.. =|
