Ugh it's not "purity" when it's got flax, sigh. Flax becomes very high in AGE when you heat 'em up, much like any PUFAs.

@livinlowcarbman - to be precise 100g of wheat gluten gives 14g carbohydrate and 75g protein. The real problem with gluten is its full of phytates, ruff on the gut. That purity bread looks fabulous can you get it in the UK? It amazes me how many carbs you have if it contains lots of fibre in. I should grab a huge load of physium husks (fibre) and eat a donut mix um together, LOL!

Great question! Actually, no. Some carbs don't have gluten in them, but all gluten is a carbohydrate.

wrong ... gluten is actually protein.

Man this is so hard to believe that high fat low card is gonna make me lose weight. But Ive been doing bodybuilding for a while and been eating a lot of protein and carbs and not too much fat and I've been putting on a lot of fat as well as muscle. Cause that's what I was told by all bodybuilding articles.
Do u think that even for bodybuilder we should cut out most of our carbs?

You need to get the book by Dr. Jeff Volek and Adam Campbell called THE TNT DIET for more info on why low-carb, high-fat diets are PERFECT for bodybuilders.
