ok it aint dead end its gone ofc there are rappers spittin truth. but almost everything u hear is the mainstream garbage when u put on the tv or the radio. nas is like the only mainstream rapper whos spittin truth among papoose, luda n sum othas. but there aint much good u can find in mainstream. the underground is the best

Right off the bat. NaS himself proves it isn't dead with "Nigger" (or 'Untitled' for all you stubbornly misinformed heads).

the part where he goes "o so u goin platnum, yea thats nice.." is from the song Classic - Nas, Kanye, KRS-One and Rakim. They performed it at nike anniv party.

Yep, he incorporated these rhymes into the song version too.
But just so everybody is clear, that Nike event was after this performance. And I'm sure he had these lines already floating in his head before that.
