Seton Hall's Jeremy Hazell Sinks Tying 3 at the Buzzer Against Rutgers

Hazell had 27 points for the 12th-seeded Pirates (13-18), including the 3 that tied it 64-64 and sent the game to OT.

"I thought it was going to be a momentum-changer," Hazell said of his fourth 3-pointer. "Everybody was playing well, we just didn't get stops at the end when we needed them, and that's tough down the stretch when you're playing against a rivalry team. You have to get stops, and it's just tough. Tough day.

Rutgers tops Seton Hall in overtime, 76-70. They advance to face St. John's.

No excuses..BUT, they would of won this game if all there players did-int foul out, SHU had to put in the scrub anali okoloji and were 2 fouls away from putting in walkon Darnell Gatling and Pete Dill. Like everyone else at MSG that afternoon, I thought SHU would go in to OT and pull it off

@3Ballers1Dream I remember skipping school to go to this game, and despite the loss felt like it was the best decision I ever made because I got to see this one last moment of magic by Jeremy Hazell. Probably one of the best three-point shooters I've ever seen.
