After some Research on Dr, Victor Azzacov its hard to tell wether the story is true or not.
it seems the sources keep quoting each other and as for the sound recording itself, it seems it has not yet been disproved even after being analised.

But wether its true or not doesnt matter as long as its getting people saved. Even if the sound file is fake it offers a grim look (err..listen) into what hell might actually sound like.
