@Nathanielc2 Bush definitely did spend a lot, but that was over an 8 year period...Obama would also have the same disastrous numbers if he was to continue these practices over 8 years as well...i'm not a fan of either.

1. Staying steadfast on not raising taxes= jobs.
2. I don't watch much of Matthews and I'll admit that, but what I have seen is interminable droning of personal attacks and smears. He may not be hateful, but I think ignorant covers it.
3. Check the history books stimulus didn't work for FDR won't work today, all it did was raise unemployment and put us in more debt.
4. I'll admit Bush wasn't great, but has the unemployment number gone down since Obama took office?

I admitted I don't watch the show much and I only commented on what I have seen. Secondly, what has the stimulus done for our economy??? And last even If your figures were correct at the pace Obama's going he is set to blow away Bush's spending spree.
