Sims 3 new Town Cristal Town p2

Its Sunset Valley but totaly remaked. Only thing i dint change are 3 luxory houses and libry. Sunset valley is now renamed as Cristal City since most of families here got names lik Emeralds, Rubins, Topaz and so on. Please enjoy small tour on city i maked. I used few ready projects of Riverdale twn and sunset and remaked them a little. All main structures like Cit hall are placed in difrent locstions and you see city dosent look same at all. Now also tere are added 3 nnew structures

-Western INN near teater
-Ad Band Club with internet cafe in Laword square with is city new market square
-And Academy for genius with is home for rent. Best in game. for 2 grownups and 6 tennagers

The cementary is epty at first but later in game it will get more ghosts on it

town description
-Place is overrun by mafia called Dark Orb. So most popular carrers here are
police or thief. So if you are not a thief then be sure to make your home equiped wt bulglar alarm at each etrance

lol read description. It is Sunset valey but totaly remaked. I cant make world builder to work so I just reediting existing worlds. Back then I had Sunset valey only. Now I like to reedit more for my teaste maps maked by people or empty ones

Reedit sunset vallaey? about3 houers. Takes me 2 days to make completly new big city with got all night life and world adventures bonus in it as well and spawns buterflys, meteors etc. Chek my other vids to see mealow glen or liberty bay small remakes :)

Acctualy i lalready did :) I got it somewhere . I got 5 other lands with are more cool than original maps from Sims 3. Chek my chanel to see them. I got special edited families for download, sims special creatures etc like Saccub, Angel, devil, Grim reaper, vampire, Sprite and any ghost you like. I got editor to make every thing in that game what is normaly not availabe XD
