Thomas Woods spoke at the 'Nullify Now' convention in Los Angeles. For the better part of his speech, he discussed nullification. Toward the end, he decided to explain how he feels about war and how his philosophy changed since the 1990s.

I hope that both Rand Paul speaks at the convention and brings up a Kirk-ian critique of Republican foreign policy. He got booed at CPAC for some light criticisms, so he's not afraid of talking about it.

I can't remember my exact reasoning, but I think I wanted to keep the video within the 10 minute limit, while still ending the video with a complete sentence. YouTube now has, I believe, a 15 minute limit, so that wouldn't be a problem now, and it is an excellent quote.
