I haven't figured all of it out yet but I've got the main progression down. The verses go F#m13 to Am7+5 to Cmaj7 to Gm7 resolving to Dmaj7, which is almost the same as the F#m13.
F#m13 Am7+5 Cmaj7 Gm7 Dmaj7

I haven't got the intro but it sounds like a VI-II-V-I with lots of added colors resolving to the Dmaj7 (F#m13) to start.
There is a bridge that is slightly different. Gram wrote this in high school!

@narut13 Agreed. I've been trying to figure this song out for years but I'm too mediocre of a guitarist to be able to find out what weird chords these are.
