Jesus isd the real Sabbath so all who are in him are in that rest yes there is blessing that comes from the seventh day but Jesus is the real rest keep it if you wish I use it as a day to get with my brothers fellowship hit the court play Ball and bring Christ to the hood God Bless my friend.
