  • @adamXatomic Doesn't take long for that to happen, but then again I think human reaction time would be more than enough time to make sure you don't get hurt.

    There is little direct contact between your skin and the liquid nitrogen because the heat from your skin forms an air cushion of boiled nitrogen that sits on your skin. This will persist until your skin gets too cold to do this anymore, and then it will hurt.
