Tonight Ch. 2 {A Jonas Brothers Love Story}

Hey Guys, sorry I put this up so late, I just got done with homework and stuff so it took me a while but here it is :)

Alex's P.O.V

Then I saw him, I mean them. I saw them, coming towards me, and I was in releif.
"Nick!", I almost screamed. He hugged me and I could feel my heart beat faster and faster.
"I've missed you.", he whispered in my ear. I smiled, and looked at the rest of the boys. Frankie was grinning hoping that he would get recognized next.
"Frankie Jonas come here boy!", I said with open arms, that he jumped into! "Alex! We're all here now!", he said happily. Frankie had come to stay with us for about a week while the boys were on tour, so he's been home... sort of. Then I saw Joe looking like he'd been forgotten, but in the silliest way. Glaring up at the ceiling, tapping his foot. I loved bugging him, so next I greeted Kevin in a hug. I saw Joe mouthing WHAT! to Nick. Nick shrugged his shoulders and laughed. Joe hated being last.
"And of course you Joseph...", I said shoving him playfully. "And to think you almost forgot about me...", Joe said jokingly. I looked over at our parents, who seemed like they were picking up on the same conversation they left off on.
"The stock market went up today huh Paul?", I heard my dad mumble.
"LET'S GO HOME!!!", I suggested
"Yes let's.", Nick tagged along. We walked out of the airport making silly faces at the paparazzi dudes hoping they would get a ridiculous picture that would show as tomorrows headlines. "The Jonas Brothers walk out of an airport with Mystery Girl!" I could see it now...
"It's good to be back", Kevin said as we got into my dads car.
"It's good to have you back.", I replied.
We all listened to the radio on the way back. Had a good time. I was constantly smiling, only hoping that something would happen.. with Nick.
We got back to the house and the food was already on the table.
"YES!! IT'S FREEBIRDS!!!", Joe screamed..
"I thought you might like it", I said as they were unwrapping the buritto. It was great to be able to talk to them again. They told me funny stories about crazy fans, and tour bus tragedies.
"Hey Kids! We are going to go eat out some place, we're taking Frankie. We might go see a movie afterwards, but we'll be back later! Have a good time, and don't get in to too much trouble.", my mom said.
"With Joe around... I doubt it.", Kevin said back.
Joe shot an evil glare at Kevin. They argue.... a lot. When we were done eating Kevin suggested starbucks, which sounded great to me! It was right down the street, a walking distance. We used to go there every day of the summer, and get mocha frappichinos, it was the little gathering spot. Everyone went there, it was just the place to be. We were walking side by side, as the sun was setting. Joe looked tense, and I couldn't help but to wonder why. Kevin kept nudging him and mouthing, GO.. GO, but he was nodding no. I wondered what this was all about.
Then Joe Blurted out, "Alex, can I talk to you for a second."
"Uh Yea, what's up Joe", I said. He waited for Nick and Kevin to pass us up.
"Listen this is kind of going to be awkward to tell you, but I have to."
"Yea... go ahead."
"Okay, well Alex, I think I kind of sort of... possibly like you? Do you think we... or me and you, could maybe work out? Maybe?", he asked.
Oh no, I didn't like Joe like that, or else I didn't think I did. Maybe I did, maybe he is the perfect one. Thoughts were flowing through my head all at once, and I didn't know what to say. Nick seemed like he knew what was going on, Kevin definately did. Should I give him a shot, I couldn't just sit here contemplating forever while Joe stood anxiously waiting.
"Yea, sure.", I said not thinking.
"Great", he smiled hugely.
He took me by the hand and ran up to Nick and Kevin... to spread the news. I just made a terrible mistake, and how was I supposed to fix it
