So, this is after the dog has circled the house 50 times

She is too tired to walk, and can't stand up - no water available. She has been a house dog her whole life, and because they do not want to pay $20 for the incontinence medicine (she leaked in her sleep) , they lock her out of the house in their unfenced yard, no water, and it had been crazy hot. She walked around and around and around the house for days, until she could not walk, barking at each door to be let in. All neighbors made sure she had fresh water.

@MzPlaneta We reported and reported and reported - they are scum. Nothing was done. We put water out and then picked it up after she drank water each time, because if AC comes out and finds water, they will say the dog has water, even if a neighbor put it out, as stupid as that is. We reported them after they let their ferrets die because they were tired of them and they moved them out to the garage so they could not see them, and let them die.

@MzPlaneta Now they are breeders, dogs are not licensed, of course, AC does not care, they lost a pup from their last litter, it somehow was hurt, they let it lie there for days until it died (teenager was telling me about it). He mentioned it only cried when it moved : ( so not that much. AC here is fairly useless, have reported a person with dogs in such bad condition they have maggots in their skin among other things, been 3 weeks, they are too backed up to deal with it.

What a crying shame! I feel sorry for you, too, because you have to live with an uncaring AC. Take care...........
