  • keyboard cat!!!!!

  • i saw a documentary on chlorine dioxide. it is suppose to cure malaria and cancer.

  • Apart from this great work... nice shirt =)

  • Cool it's in dutch XD

  • Nice shirt, Molly.

  • This made me cry because one of the kids that I'm building a school for (they're preschoolers) in africa died of malaria last year

  • The south east in the United States has the same trouble; and because they are hesitant to admit it, probably deal with it even less effectively.

  • this is only partially true. DDTs are harmful to humans though the toxicity of it was exaggerated. The real harm comes from chornic exposure to the chemical which is carcinogenic and may cause a number of reproductive problems and to wildlife particularly felines and birds (both rodent predators, another common disease vector).

The short story is basically that DDTs are good at killing insects and if used sparingly and judiciously can be a boon but are dangerous in the long term.

  • Stop watching FOX news. The ozone layer is getting better because of controls put in place on industrial chemical use. Global warming is still getting worse. We need vigilance to keep these things from getting out of hand.

  • It is true. What is NOT True is the lies about downstream DDT poisoning of other animals. That was based on false evidence that was later proven to be a lie but by then the political damage had been done. You don't think people will lie about such stuff to support their political agenda? It happens all the time. Same thing happened with the Ozone scare and Global Warming. All based on limited and falsified evidence for a political cause.
