Whats the deal if the gun had ten rounds. Did the clip hold 9 with one in the pipe? Did the clip hold 10 and he is an old soldier who would have a full clip with 1 in the chamber? Bottom line, and this is my first time seeing news footage, where is the camera footage? Like the 360 degree camera on the light pole in the footage.
