As I used to say about vampire movies and now transhumanism. Just because time and sickness isn't what will end you, your immortal right up till someone makes you very mortal. Sides hunams have only recently been one of the few creatures to live out our full life span, most other creatures either get eaten, sick or starve.

@GStolyarovII Well, if anyone deserves this, you do. And if anyone can achieve it, you can. Never give up!

spiritual aspects can also equate to inspiration and do not need to be isolated to pursuing an mysterious afterlife; otherwise, it will likely cause stagnation and unawareness of the here and now/ current moment and possibilities. life here and now's still mysterious and the word afterlife can reasonably transform to eternal or indefinite life extension

Did you just take my voice and run it through a voice changer? This sounds almost exactly like points that I am constantly making. Great webcast. A lot of people are sleepy about life, indifferent, forget to think about it deeply enough. We need to ring these bells, and ring them loudly, far and wide. Good job in helping the movement to resonate out across the land. Everybody should subscribe to this, comment on it, and spread it around.

genes determine 70-80% of what a given human being is in terms of IQ and temperament; its not a matter of belief, science deals with facts;
it sucks, but it really seems to be that way
Exceptionally and outstandingly brave, ambitious, and important topic. Remarkable!

@PureLiberalFire Thank you for the words of praise! This is ambitious indeed -- as ambitious as a human aspiration can get. I just hope that technological progress will outrace the forces of command and control and will get us there in our lifetimes!
