This is footage from a 20 minute work at Seventh Gallery Fitzroy 27th march 2007.

This is another step or outlet for my ongoing urban cowboy narrative and persona. There are a lot of ideas that I try to evoke in this work, some that continue my sex and death theme (watch 'something to do with death' video) for the gunslinger whore project.

Thanks for pointing that out, that comment I made has relevance on a more personal level. 'Gunslinger and whore' is the name of my project I started in late 2004. It is another step for my cowboy character /persona but more in relation to the research I am doing with images of overtly masculine stereotypes.

I think this comment re-edit may bring it back from from being so general.

well, you did capture/convey/simulate the sensation of actually watching performance art.

i don't really see how it's "another step for the ongoing urban cowboy narrative and continues gunslinger whore's sex and death fascination," although i suspect maybe this description is meant to be ironic and postmodern.
