Kenya celebrates World Kidney Day

The minister for medical services professor anyang nyong'o emphasized on the need to improve the diagnistic services to prevent a higher risk of patients suffering from the illness due to a failed or poor diagnosis.

Anyong'o stated that there is need to reduce the cost of dialysis among patients and emphasized on the need to have kidney transplant done locally to prevent more costs as patients seek for medications in other countries.
