Lufia & the Fortress of Doom: Guard Daos

The final battle. All he really does is spam figual and flood. That doesn't strike me as very good behavior for a final boss. But anyway, figual can seriously mess you up because it almost always confuses you. Jerin's magic mirror is quite important to alleviating that headache.

My party was seriously underleveled when I first took on Guard Daos, and I hadn't been expecting Lufia/Erim to leave the party when that ... event happened, so she was at Lv. 42 (Maxim's descendant was at Lv. 46). Guard Daos took me several tries and a LOT of patience to defeat (I would usually spend a good 30 minutes on each attempt, and the first time I won, I had spent a good 45 minutes).

What do you mean? The dual blade is found in the sunken Doom Island as part of the story.

What I do is just cast mirror on the hero and Jerin only. What I notice is that the lower the level the party is, the faster you are and the higher the level, the slower the party is at attacking.
