Not quite. There are two preprogrammed drum tracks and the background synth track, but he still controls a bandpass and reverb filter on the synth track, the former of which he uses as pitch control.

And on the other hand, some of the square-wave sound effects were also preprogrammed - the puck to the right of the square-wave? That's a sequencer, which turns the square wave into a sort of a high-tech music box. But he removes that and freestyles for part of the piece, too.
