not as good as last august. i hit 42.19 about a month ago which got me first championships and a new school record but my core strength has come down since i havent focused as much on it during throwing season.

I was seriously talking about it but my summer job only gets me about 1/5th of the way there. however, you are VERY famous with two guys who have started throwing. ive told them if they really want true coaching, you're the man. theyve been learning by watching your videos

amazes me when i see a 48 year old, throw further then some of the young muscly guys in the younger age groups. you still got it roald!!
