@iWildWolf If we are going to be talking as nations instead of an individual perspective, it is really hypocritical for Americans to defame Japanese because they slaughter whales and dolphins. Less than 30,000 whales and dolphins are slaughtered by the Japanese each year. The US slaughter's 20 billion sea animals in 2009 alone.. By sheer statistics, we are literally thousands of times more violent than the Japanese. Just stop defaming Japan and wash your hands of America.. Its hypocritical

i personally hate the brutal slaughter of all animals! There is no need in this day and age of technology to be brutal or to near extinction. I also understand that CERTAIN species may require a little intervention on our part in captivity to maintain their species however it should never be for entertainment value!. much as it saddens me to admit though sometimes mother nature intervenes and its survival of the fittest. Cruel but true x
