@sayastra Yeah, that might be an issue. Usually I hate turn based RPGs too; but for me there was enough variety (sidequests, etc) that I could enjoy it. Still, its hard to say whether or not this would apply to you - everyone's different. The story and characters really are awesome though. If someone's uploaded all the cutscenes in order, that might be a better option.

@miscaltc unfortunately, I'm not a fan of traditional turn based (unless there's a amusing gimmick thrown into the game play) looks like a great story though, with layered characters

@sayastra Definitely give the trilogy a try. It's well worth playing if you can get your hands on the games.

@calicominase Well even though the series deserves more recognition, I think Albedo is one of the best antagonists ever. Very few of them get written with this kind of depth - if any at all. Funny how the writers make you think Albedo's a straight up psychopath and then after seeing this in the game...your whole view changes.
