1999 NBA Playoffs Sacramento Kings vs Utah Jazz Game 4 13/13

THE DATE: May 14th, 1999.

THE MISSION: Advance to the second round for the first time in the Sacramento era - and the first time since 1981 in the franchise's history.

THE OPPOSITION: A weakened Utah Jazz team that had gone through a ridiculous schedule to close the regular season at 5-5 in the season's final 15 days; John Stockton was banged up and the Jazz were against the ropes, down 2-1.



All Sacramento had to do was win on their home-court and they were through to the next round - off to play Portland. But as we all know, there was a wily vet with some big shots still up his sleeve in Utah's backcourt. Watch as this game goes through 5 lead changes in the final 31 seconds (and 30 lead changes in all) before a racuous Arco Arena crowd.

@liweiwu007 the refs arent the reason sacramento shit the bed in game 7 at home dude. game 6 might have been a travesty but that wasn't the lakers fault. maybe they would have won anyways. theres no excuse for sacramento pussying out the way they did in game 7 in arco. bibby was the only one with balls in that game

Yeah they had Stockton and Malone on their team, whereas the Kings had Chris Webber...the guy who couldn't score on 6'7" Bryon Russell in the fourth quarter.
