The Swim: 3,8 kilometers in the Hardangerfjord. The water temperature is expected to be between 15,5 to 17,5 degrees Celsius.
The bike: 179,956 meters.
The run: 37,413 meters from T2 to the mountain check point at Stavsro. Plus 4,752 meters from Stavsro to Mt Gaustatoppen. Total 42,165 meters.
It is considered to be a lot tougher than Iron Man, mainly because of the climb to the finish ends 1850m above sea level.

Yeah and you have to get over 5 mountains before on the bike, so the vertical meters is immense.
