I did that,It record 30 sec,that's okay but it don't recorded a sound...

try to get advantage in the last 2 and the first corner(and slipstream on the way in between) those are the best places to overtake

how do you convert a replay into a video format?

Well, there's nothing to convert, just load replay, start program called FRAPS, start recording and thats it. You will also need some decompression program, becasue recorded files will be very big size(1-10Gb, it depends). Oh, you can decompress it with Windows Movie Maker too. :)
