It's really cool of you to do this, thanks a lot! I've always been interested in the Chinese martial arts, and Wing Chun especially, and now I at least get to see what the training involves before trying to find a school, which isn't easy where I stay!

And lastly 4.) Any additional tips you may have not mentioned in this video that I can use to test my stance when training by myself?

2.) At the end you were talking about how they practiced the stance in the old days but it got cut off before you could finish. How did they practice? All I know is that they had done pretty harsh & rigorous training method back then.

3.) What is the average time that your students master the stance before going onto the next lesson (so I can set a goal for myself)?

@yellalot101 it takes a long time to master the stance..... you work on other things and keep coming back to it

I have some questions: 1.) When I bring my hands together after finding the centerline and you talk about caving the chest in but not letting the shoulders move forward, I find when I focus my chest my shoulders naturally move forward. What am I doing wrong?
yellalot101 1 month ago
@yellalot101 your not doing anything wrong, the shoulders do move forward upon the cross
