Different than a Bug Out Bag, a car kit is something you have with you at all times in case you can't get home. Some call it a 'get home bag.' What it allows you to do is to get by without a lot of hardship for a couple of days in case you are stuck somewhere.

We like to divide the kit into the 5 areas: Sanitation, Water, Shelter, First Aid and Food. In this video, we will cover Sanitation, with the other 4 areas in videos to follow.

  • hm i think i'd rather do my business on the ground i don't see the need for the portapotty but good video tho gonna go watch part 2

  • This is a nice video but since this is going to be a Urban Survival Car Kit, I don't think you need to use a garbage bag as a make shift mattress when the car seats are readily available. Unless you plan on abandoning your car. Plus using a bucket and a garbage back as a porta potty seems like a waste. Just drill a few holes and tie some ropes. Now you can use it as a back pack which allows you to carry all your supplies while freeing your hands for whatever you need them for.

  • Great Series!

    Can't wait for the rest . . .

  • good video lots of good info hogkillerjp

  • @nate887 Thanks. We are a bit delayed, but soon will post 2 (Water), 3 (Shelter), 4 (Food) and 5 ( First Aid). Any suggestions you have would be cool, as I am sure we have not thought of every single thing...
