When the observer get closer Che start looking like a rastaman. The waggling makes the rastamans head seems to move (sorry, it's a bit shaky, I know).
I actually don't think I've seen anyone done this before.I know that some artist have painted anamorphic art on walls and streets but I haven't seen anyone use the anamorphic perspective as a way to create "motion". The anamorphic art on walls and streets are also usually very large installations - the Ballerina is only 14X14X14 cm. If you know of any artist that done the same please inform me (and spoil the fun of being first :) ).

I¨ve seen the paper dragon illusion and it¨s really cool!
But it's based on the hollow mask (face) illusion. Mine is based on using using different amount of amorphic perspective in the different planes and works even if the object is not a face (or a mask). Please check my previous videos.
