This fool should NEVER be allowed to own ANY animal, nevermind something of the intelligence and beauty of an Eclectus Parrot. Sadly, it is quite evident in both arenas of intelligence and beauty ANGUS is far superior to Justin! As a fellow Ectectus Parrot owner (although mine is female) I am HORRIFIED.

Did the RSPCA also notice that the bird wings were cut completely – only the bottom, second layer of a birds wings should be cut. Clearly this man has no idea.
I would like to adopt this parrot and give him the home and love he deserves. After all, how can Justin, who has no teeth and clearly doesn’t look after himself, care for a baby bird?
The RSPCA need to make an example of this idiotic man and do the responsible thing and come up with a plan to save this pet.
