@rollergoalie16 i no exactly what you mean the shop i work at we print so slow cuz we still run with omni flashs we get on our boss about it everyday but hes stuck in the stone age of printing..if you do not print at a decent pace you do not profit at all.
Wow, how does your shop profit while printing so slow? We run our M&R presses on 1 to 2 second index per print. You guys look like you're running at 10 seconds per print.
well now our shirt detector works for the most part thank god, this is a very nice machine though, the only one ive ever seen that the screens drop onto the pallet instead of the pallet lifting up to the screen
We use glue guns at our shop that if we don't keep a clean piece of tape on the sensor it wont catch the No-Shirt reflector. We use a small strip of clear packing tape. (wishes we had a couple formula's or a belt printer.)
we have 4 machines at my shop and the formula is def my favorite its like the Cadillac of presses, lol but it always has servodrive errors that will just stop the machine in mid rotation but it will keep the green light, and the shirt detector only works on some days, that ever happen to you guys?
