Our Lady of the Angels Video Slideshow

I went into LA the other day and visited the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels. It is a beautiful building and I took lots of pictures that I wanted to put on a slideshow.

I never cared for the new cathedral, I am a preveyer of the older styles, yes there are some redeeming features to the church but it is ugly, and the cross has no corpus on it. We are not protestents we have cruxafixes in our churches not just crosses. while I like the large altar, the alabaster windows, and the stainglass and retablo in the crypt church. the design of this is ugly to me.

Great slide show! I just got back from Good Friday services there. Beautiful place. I also toured the Chapel and Mausoleum below the Cathedral... very nice!
