HD Tips: You can go into "Task Manager" go to process tab and set there the priority of your browser to more by right clicking its executable and selecting the "Set Priority" and clicking on the "Above Normal" option in it, this will certainly make your HD video a little faster, don't forget to bring it back in the same way after watching your video.
The minimum for HD on youtube is 128Mb Graphic and 2Ghz CPU (Will always lag but the videos are watchable especially after setting its priority in task manager), Recommended is 256Mb Graphic and 3Ghz CPU (If it lags a bit you can set the process priority in task manager to more and it shouldn't lag).

hehe, yep but i haven't made it it is also made by another person called ManyLemons that is written in the description, in the title it also says "by ManyLemons" just like my last one rofl.
I have only uploaded it in High Quality, if you read my description you will see the high quality link. ^^
