If you do, dont use the teleport button. dont you ever use it. it works for real. the governement issued the vectrex to become a secret cold war weapon. When the time would come, everyone would press the teleport button and would appear in russia ready for war. unfortunately the project was sabotaged and the units were programmed to send you into the bermuda triangle.

@aikonmk I urge people not to. Since I picked one up my life is miserable. I cant sleep at night. I can always hear the buzzing of the machine. Within that Buzzing, I can hear the machine calling my name. I feel dizzy and sick if I try to leave the house. I wake up at night in sweat and I hear Mine storm intro in the next room. I go in the room and the vectrex is lit up. I close it, return to bed, and there it goes again. the thing isnt even plugged in the wall. dont pick it up people !

This always reminded me of the old macs, with a slightly bigger screen, and in black. Too bad it came out during the crash :(

Actually, with the setup you get two players per controller.
But yeah, I mean the converted Genesis pads, trying to find the original Vectrex ones are pretty impossible nowadays.

Also I think the overlays add more to the game and I alway play my games with them. A lot of Vector graphic arcade games had overlays, like Armor Attack which happens to also be a vectrex game

Years and years after it was released, the Vectropolis 500 demo off the Vectopia cartridge allows up to FOUR players, actually :)
