Obama signed a bill to let UAV drones spy on U.S civilians. Paul said no. Plus Paul has been saying the same thing for decades. He is not a flip flopper. @BasConnery I could list out a bunch of names as well its not that hard to do, google is great. i gues i can break down what i said befor to lesser terms. the gas he was talking about is the stuff that you put in combustable engines (cars, motorcycles, boats, airplanes etc), it is killing our economy.
