A short video about the new Samsung 55" LED-TV 3D, model UE55D8090.

Have a look at the sweet design! Only 5 mm "framework" and a deep of 2.9 cm.

I just moved into a new apartment, in the room aren't yet curtains, but they'll come next week. It's necessary because of the brilliant display of the TV. In the night - when it's dark outside - the brilliant display is no problem. But over the day, with sunshine (and maybe you've got a window behind you), you'll need definitely thick curtains.

The 3D effects are really nice, in the 3D movies and also in the 3D games too. If you don't have a 3D-capable receiver, you should connect your PS3 directly to your 3D-TV with an HDMI cable. Then you can play 3D games and 3D movies with your PlayStation 3 without problems.

Enjoy it!! :o)

  • Again...expensive TV but cheap Ikea furniture. I believe this is a trend.

  • @killerob666 ... ehrm, that's the old TV furniture from my old apartment. I've one out of aluminium & glas - since months! ;-)

    Right now I've more to do with my new computer, 2 x SSD 256 GB m4 Crucial (Raid 0), 2 x 3000GB WD Caviar Green, 2 x GTX 590 (quad-SLI), USB 3.0, SATA 6Gb/s ... etc. etc.! ;-)

  • What do you think about the 3D? Is it worth the extra price?

  • @nBasterd ... no, usually I don't use the 3D effect. Maybe two times per month to view 3D animated movies. But not more ... I almost never play the games in 3D mod ... :-/

  • I bought this tv and so far has been amazing, whilst cleaning the screen I noticed that the top right side the screen seemed to look like it has been pushed in a little. It's naked to the human eye when looking at the tv but because I was cleaning the tv with my face quiet close to the screen I noticed it. Has your tv got this?

  • @REDEYESTUDIOPK I just checked your hint, but I couldn't find anything on my TV! Maybe it's a little/small transportation damage or maybe it happend while you've mounted your TV, during some handling?! Sorry, I can't tell you something else...

  • shaking hands. stop drinks. seriously it help.

  • Nice appartment I want that :P

  • looks pretty small for a 55".

  • I Bought one these yesterday! The TV is AMAZING!!!!

  • WOW HIS CAMERA FUCKING SUCKS!!!

  • @strangerindanger I don't care. Was just an observation. And [by the way] is not a review,it's filming around a TV with music on the background.

  • @killerob666 Why do you care? Its a review of the TV and not the furniture. Maybe you are on the wrong website.

  • @joshski85 You're right,it doesn't matter.But it's like a shit on a beautiful creme leather sofa. Was just a remark:nice TV,crappy furniture.[By the way,my white 32' LED Samsung TV stands on a coffee table from before Christ].

My remark was ment to push the owner to buy matching furniture to that kick ass television.

Not to impress me.But to be naturaly beautiful , for himself.

  • @killerob666 Does it really matter? it's just is to hold the tv and shelve other items It's not like it's sitting on top of a cardboard box or perhaps people should spend as much on there units as they do there tv's just to impress people like yourself, that sounds like a smart idea.
