@MissReige Let's just say I know someone who lost over 100 pounds by leaving bread out of his diet (and possibly sugars). He did this because his Dr told him he had 6 months to live unless he lost a LOT of weight.

Oh my god I was choking from the video and had to pause it in the middle to catch my breath, SOOOO FUNNY!!!

@MissReige - Pretty much, unless you get whole grain or the healthier bread, and eat in moderation. Bread is a big category and encompasses some junk food, like Cinnabon. It's junk food status is more borderline. It really comes down to opinion though.

So...do they really get high and record it, or are they just that brilliant?

It is different from sugar in that it is highly processed and unnatural. I mean three of the words in its name are "high" and "fructose" and "syrup". What part of that is good?
And it can't be enjoyed in reasonable amounts because it's in almost every food you buy. Look at the labels in your kitchen... soda, bread, jelly, peanut butter, crackers, etc etc.... it's in everything now. And that is bad.
If people payed attention to their food, US obesity and diabetes wouldn't be so high.
