Has you shift smoothness improved after the fix?
I'm get jerky shifts on my 5sp Cougar, wonder if it's me or the car.

nice no shaking, but stiffer motor mounts usually translate to harsher vibration in the car's cabin and body. still though, its performance vs. comfort so it depends on your preference. i have to say that your 240 sounds horrible though...
