All good points... you're absolutely right, they do start small and work their way up as each activity, followed by sleep, leads into the next level... very good explanation of this process.

@SASRosco03 since im the only one of my friends that has hypnotized anyone i haven't been hypnotized myself but im pretty sure i would not want to be told i was being "poked" "in the butt".

@liv2runrun2liv hahah I agree It was the first thing that came to my mind. Some stage hypnotists do that the chair is poking them in the butt or something to that effect.
