  • Hi mam, I don't have to "powdered" soy-grains...i have the soy-chunks...can i use that. thanks...

  • There are two methods to use soya chunks / Soya Meal

    1)If the chunks are not very hard, grind them in a mixie

    2) Soak the chunks for a few minutes say 15 in water till they become soft. Press and remove the water

    Add soya while frying the ingredients of the masala (in the process of preparing the masala paste) in the oil.

    Remember that soya would be an integral part of the masala paste and it should be ground finely. This adds to the volume of the gravy but not the calories.
