Wrong again, I'm afraid. "Love is the law, love under will," is the rest of it, and from certain perspectives has even more moral structure than the Rede. Would you like someone to recommend some reading material to you? You're really way off the mark - especially on something that contributed heavily to modern Wicca... sounds like you need to expand that library.
