• To ensure easy blending allow cold items to warm to room temperature.
• In a large bowl combine 17 1/2 ounces or 2 bricks of Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese, 2/3 cup of White Sugar, 2 Eggs, and 2 tsp. of Clear Vanilla Extract, beat until well blended.
• Set this bowl aside. You cheesecake mixture is now prepped.
• Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Grease a 9"x13" pan.
• Melt 3/4 cup of Butter in a microwave or on your stove. Remember to remove the melted butter from the stove before continuing.
• In a large bowl combine the melted Butter with 1 1/4 cups of White Sugar and 1/2 cup of Cocoa Powder and stir until just combined.
• Add 2 Eggs and 1 tsp. of Vanilla Extract into the bowl and lightly beat with a spoon until just combined.
• In a seperate small bowl combine 1 1/2 cups of All Purpose Flour, 1 tsp. of Baking Powder, and 1/4 tsp of Baking Soda.
• Alternately add your Flour Mixture and 1 cup of Milk to your bowl with the Chocolate Mixture, beating each time after a new addition.
• Pour about two thirds of your now completed Chocolate Mixture into the prepared pan; level out. Pour the Cheesecake Mixture on top: level out. Pour the remaining Chocolate Mixture and level it. Finally drag a butter knife through your batter to create a marbling effect with the Cheesecake and Brownie Mixtures.
• Bake brownie for 18-24 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. The time may vary if you choose an alternate brownie recipe.
