Reform means beneficial change, or sometimes, more specifically, reversion to a pure original state.
For us to go for public option, because its winnable, is not a reason. If single payer is the best thing for everyone, then why not. If that's your argument, that you should pick public option over single payer, because you can win public option, then your on the wrong team.
