  • why did that happen?

  • Had the same thing happen. Oxgen is getting in the lower section below fire. The heat causes the gas/Oxgen in lower section to explosion.

  • The gas from the gasifyer should be quenched (gas should bubble in a can or so with water)..the water will work like a flame arrestor.

  • classic oxygen infiltration.

  • Is it because of Induced fan out of order ? syngas will follow the hot air flow , go back to the firing area & pass through the center pipe , enter to outside space , make explosion ? Pls explain / teach us. Thanks a lot .
