@psychicwhoosh Look for the name Samuel Cummings on wiki & you will get the same result.Cummings actually got to retire with a slap on the wrist (His contacts & end user certificate methods were to important)

I noticed this too. There are references to him on wiki but either no one has filled out his page or it keeps being deleted.

The amazing thing is he has really been allowed to remain a fugitive since they let him stroll out of DC. Clearly this is a man holding the leverage of very damaging secrets.
